Terms & Conditions

We want you to be happy with any purchase that you make from us. If you are not totally satisfied with any item bought from us, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please see terms & conditions below.

VAT is not charged on our products.  All products are sold subject to availability.

Credit and debit cards are all accepted without surcharge. Neither is there any surcharge for payment by PayPal.

Personal or business cheques can be used for payment but need to clear before goods can be released. You may also pay by Bank Transfer. Goods will be released as soon as we have confirmation that the funds have cleared.

Products carry a lifetime repair or replace warranty unless specified otherwise. In the event of a guarantee claim is the customers responsibility to return the goods securely packed, and carriage paid.

Orders placed with us and cleared by 2pm on a weekday will normally be shipped the same day. Any orders not cleared by this time will be dispatched the following working day.

All product illustrations and descriptions displayed in any of our advertisements are correct at the time of going to press.

Claims for damage, missing items or non delivery must be made to us as soon as possible. Any goods found to be faulty from new can be returned for refund or replacement.

Returns

The following terms apply to mail order customers as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

We have a 14-day returns guarantee, which means that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are able to return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a full refund of the original purchase price paid, subject to the following criteria:

  • Products that have been returned must be in new and resalable condition.
  • Items must be  returned undamaged, including all accessories and manuals.
  • Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned goods. Please ensure you have tracking information.

Your Right Of Cancellation

  1. You have the right to cancel any contract with us from the date the order is placed and up to 14 days after the delivery has been made. Goods that have been made to special order or to a chosen specification cannot be returned under the 14 day “Cooling Off Period”.
  2. To exercise your right to cancel a contract you may return the goods to us within 14 days unused and in the same condition as sent. Please contact us for a return number before returning goods.
  3. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract you must return the goods to the address we will provide. Please do NOT return goods without a return number. Please contact us for a Return number.
  4. We will refund your payment in full, normally within 7 days of our receipt of the goods.
  5. You have a duty of care under these terms to take good care of the goods so that they may be sold again as new. We may deduct from your refund any loss in value for goods not kept in such a condition that they may be sold again as new.
  6. The consumer will be responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items.
  7. Refunds will normally be processed within 7 days from cancellation for goods not yet delivered or 7 days from date goods have been received by ourselves.

10. When returning items to us, please ensure you retain tracking information to confirm delivery of returned goods.
